Your Position Overview
You will ensure high-accuracy working in collaboration with department leaders, focusing on medical records entry, insurance, patient scheduling, and post-study upload. You will utilize EPIC EMR Software to support these functions and provide exceptional customer service. Your role includes cohesive mentorship to inspire staff in delivering the best integration experience.
Your Primary Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Maintain and execute training on EPIC EMR Software functionalities.
Identify, outline, and schedule all cross-training opportunities across departments with an emphasis on EMR software proficiency.
Evaluate and measure outcomes ensuring staff is proficient in EPIC EMR usage.
Provide weekly feedback to department managers on the progress of current initiatives, including the integration of EPIC into daily operations.
Analyze performance data and provide regular feedback to managers on progress toward daily, weekly, and monthly target goals, including metrics derived from EPIC EMR.
Ensure you have the appropriate training documents, access to EPIC EMR, and online tools to perform their job effectively.
Manage the daily operations of this role, including analysis, proposal, and implementation of resource needs, training/cross-training initiatives, and enhancement programs.
Improve relationships by evaluating and redesigning processes to create efficiencies, particularly regarding the use of EPIC.
Randomly facilitate improvements based on the handbook, incorporating feedback related to EPIC interactions.
Collaborate with department leads and within the organizational matrix structure to enhance service delivery through EPIC EMR.
Continuously develop quality exercises, organizing and scheduling meetings with assigned managers as needed.
Your Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain harmony among workers and mediate grievances in partnership with management.
Meet customer service financial objectives for incoming staff by understanding budget requirements and providing feedback on staffing needs.
Determine staffing requirements by maintaining records of onboarding and offboarding, conducting surveys, and benchmarking best practices in team building.
Assist with coverage when staff is limited and participate in evening or Saturday hours as needed.

Education and/or Experience: High School diploma required; bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university preferred; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills: Proficient in relevant computer applications, including EPIC EMR Software and Microsoft Office.
