QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION: MAJOR - Nursing

Grad of an Accredited Program (BSN Preferred)

Experience:

3 YEARS OF RN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

2 Years of Ultrasound guided peripheral intravenous (PIV) and PICC line - Required

CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION:

Registered Nurse (RN)

Basic Life Support (BLS): BLS or BLS within 30 days of hire or transfer.
