ProCare Therapy is partnering with a local school district to hire Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for the 2025 school year. Position Details:

Type: Full-Time, Contract

Term:April2025 May 2025

Grades: Kindergarten through 5th Grade

Pay: $22-$28per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the Behavior Analyst or supervisor.

Collect and track student data to monitor progress and effectiveness of interventions.

Foster a positive, professional, and supportive relationship with students and staff.

Provide one-on-one and group support to help students meet their behavioral goals and engage in learning.

Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency and effectiveness in behavioral strategies.

Preferred Experience:

Active RBT certification is required.

Previous experience working in a behavioral support role or with individuals with autism or behavioral challenges is preferred.

Comfort working in a school setting and assisting with personal care needs as necessary.
