Machine Operator – Weekly Pay – 4 Day Work Week – $25/hour!

PAY:

$20 - $25 (Pay is Based on Experience)

Shift:

Monday – Thursday (6am – 4:30pm) Friday OT!

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Brake Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. As a Brake Press Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining the brake press machine to bend and form metal sheets according to precise specifications. This role requires a meticulous attention to detail, strong technical skills, and a commitment to producing high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate brake press machines to bend, punch, notch, and form metal sheets and plates

Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine the necessary adjustments and settings for each job

Measure and inspect completed parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications

Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance

Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to prioritize workload and meet production deadlines

Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Brake Press Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment

Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC and manual brake press machines

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints

Strong attention to detail and quality control skills

Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials and work in a standing position for extended periods

Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting machine issues

Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies and procedures
