4 Week Coverage Hospital Pharmacist Erlanger, KY

Minimum 1+ years pharmacy experience required.

Soliant Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to help with some coverage for the next 4 weeks or so for one of our partnering Behavioral Health pharmacy's in Erlanger, Kentucky! If immediately available contact Megan Gwillim @ Megan.Gwillim@soliant.

Position:Staff Pharmacist plus PIC

Skills required:Inpatient experience-entry level

Kentucky state licensure required

Dates of Coverage needed: 2-3 days/week May 2nd-May 30th possiblylonger

No coverage needed:May 7th, 14th, 15th

Coverage Hours needed: M-F 8am-4pm No weekend or on-call coverage needed

Order Entry System:WellSky, experience preferred but can train

Site Automation: Omnicell, can train

Site Specialty Areas: Behavioral Health

Staff Size: Pharmacist 1-FTE, Tech 1-FTE

Tech support:stocking units, prepacking, pulling expired meds

Job Responsibilities:Order verification, reconcile Omnicell discrepancies and overrides, checking med pass, checking in home meds, clinical monitoring, antimicrobial and pain stewardship

1-2 days of training will be providedweek of April 28thor sooner if cleared
