Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker to maintain our on-site ink room and provide essential technical support. The technician will serve as a liaison between our company and the customer, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality results.

Responsibilities

Maintain the on-site ink room.

Dispense inks and perform color matching.

Operate machinery and handle inventory control.

Perform quality control tests.

Provide press-side technical support.

Follow all safety requirements.

Handle housekeeping and monthly reporting.Essential Skills

Experience in blending, batching, ink testing, and color matching.

Proficiency in machine operation.

Ability to operate a sit-down forklift.

Experience in inventory management, shipping, and receiving.

Ability to match colors effectively and pass a color vision test.

Excellent customer service skills.

Strong written, reading comprehension, and math skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (MS Office) programs and other computer skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role preferred.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Appleton, Wisconsin.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
