Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Odoo Developer with strong hands-on experience in Odoo Version 18 and prior exposure to Versions 17 and 16. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in backend and frontend development using Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo Web Library (OWL - JavaScript). You will be responsible for customizing and developing new Odoo modules, integrating third-party systems, and enhancing the overall Odoo ecosystem based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, etc.)

● Work with the latest Odoo version (18) and maintain compatibility with earlier versions (17, 16)

● Create and extend backend features using Python and PostgreSQL

● Develop and maintain front-end components using OWL (Odoo Web Library - JS)

● Integrate third-party applications with Odoo using RESTful APIs

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional consultants, UI/UX, QA)

● Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, and code reviews

● Troubleshoot and debug Odoo-related issues

Required Skills:

● Strong experience in Odoo 18 (must) and familiarity with versions 17 and 16

● Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Odoo development

● Proficient in Python and PostgreSQL

● Solid understanding of Odoo OWL (JavaScript) and frontend customization

● Good knowledge of Odoo architecture, ORM, workflows, and security

● Experience with Git and version control workflows

Nice to Have:

● Experience with Docker or Odoo.sh

● Familiarity with Agile methodologies

● Knowledge of Linux-based systems

● Functional knowledge of Odoo modules
