This 13-week contract has strong potential to convert to a permanent role for the right candidate. The pharmacy is experiencing rapid growth, and the work environment is dynamic, collaborative, and high-energy.

Shift Details:

First Shift

8:00am 4:00pm, Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise pharmacy technicians and data entry clerks to ensure accurate workflow and timely delivery

Oversee medication ordering and prepacking processes

Screen all new prescriptions for proper dosing, drug interactions, allergies, and contraindications

Maintain compliance and accurate documentation related to controlled substances, including perpetual inventory for Schedule II drugs

Ensure security protocols and pharmacy regulations are followed at all times

Requirements:

Active and clear Ohio Pharmacist license

Proven experience in a high-volume retail or compounding pharmacy environment

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work with urgency while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
