Soliant Health is seeking a highly dependable and experienced Production Staff Pharmacist for a full-time, 13-week contract-to-hire opportunity at a specialty pounding pharmacy in the Chester County, Pennsylvania area. This unique pharmacy specializes in bespoke pharmaceutical preparations custom pounds tailored to meet individual patient needs and is seeking a pharmacist who can help drive efficiency, pliance, and high-quality production on the evening shift.

Assignment Details:

Location: Chester County, PA

Term: 13-week contract with potential for permanent hire

Schedule: Monday Friday, 3:00 PM 11:30 PM

Rotating Weekend: Must be available for either Saturday or Sunday on a recurring basis

Setting: Specialty pounding pharmacy (production-focused environment)Key Responsibilities:

Operations:

Coordinate and organize all manufacturing and production workflows

Verify availability of raw materials, packaging supplies, filters, and equipment

Execute weekly/monthly production schedules in alignment with the Production Manager

Ensure production equipment is properly maintained and fully operational

Prepare daily operational and batch recordspliance:

Enforce and monitor cGMP guidelines during all production activities

Support and implement standard operating procedures, production plans, and pliance programs

Ensure that manufacturing activities align with internal policies and regulatory expectationsTraining & Leadership:

Supervise and guide production personnel

Participate in onboarding and continuous training of staff to uphold quality and safety standardsRequired Qualifications:

Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist license in good standing

Minimum 3 years of experience as a pharmacist, with background in pounding (non-sterile or sterile) required

Strong understanding of cGMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing workflows

Prior experience working in production-based pharmacy operations is highly preferred
