Job Description

Responsibilities

Machine parts to specifications using machine tools and lathe machines.

Work from blueprints, engineering instructions, and specifications to ensure precision.

Measure, examine, and test completed units to detect defects and ensure conformance using precision instruments such as micrometers.

Set up, adjust, and operate basic machine tools and specialized tools for precision machining operations.

Manufacture high-end aerospace machine parts.Essential Skills

4 years of CNC turning experience.

Proficiency in operating turning centers and lathe machines.

Experience with CNC machines in the aerospace industry.

Ability to set up and operate CNC turning machines.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in milling is considered but turning is highly preferred.

Work Environment

Weekend shifts available from 5am-5pm or 5pm-5am, Friday to Sunday. Work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours with a 25% shift differential. Enjoy working in state-of-the-art facilities with advanced technologies and equipment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Glastonbury, Connecticut.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $44000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
