In this role, you will:
Program Manager will be responsible for driving excellence across the Global Cybersecurity organization and leading strategic programs. Provides guidance and leadership to the team ensuring successful delivery for the scope of work outlined within the project overview and inclusive of:
Manage project plans, roadmaps and execution to achieve the project goal using various development methods (i.e. Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
Strong ability to solve complex problems that have a broad impact on the function.
Leverage policies, standards and procedures that can be consistently applied and leveraged across the business in support of delivery for our internal clients.
Advises leadership and/or business executives at the highest levels about the project portfolio, status, and resource planning for delivering strategic business
initiatives.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify any variances, perform any required corrective actions, and communicate to all stakeholders.
Facilitates, influences, and advocates for the work between key stakeholders, partnerships, global functional teams, and markets.
Demonstrates the ability to adapt and lead change and coach others in the acceptance and support of change and the ability to formulate questions and ideas.
Has ability to see and account for the “big picture” as well as the details.
Who You Are:
6 + years’ experience required: Prior corporate and global project management experience required with 6+ years managing projects.
Demonstrates as a deep Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Project Management process and tools.
Experience communicating effectively with high levels of management and direct client contact.
Ability to create presentations and write business cases for senior leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in related field required: Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
