Clinic coverage will be in Schaumburg, a new state of the art facility opening in August 2025. Our 100,000-square-foot multi-specialty medical office building will offer Primary, Specialty, and Immediate Care, lab services, imaging, and more. Possible satellite coverage will extend to Hoffman Estates practice.

New facility will house 2 endoscopy suites, with 2 additional endoscopy suites in the Hoffman Estates clinic

Hospital coverage just two miles south of the office at Alexian Brothers Medical Center in Elk Grove

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Eligible for sign-on and relocation bonus and loan forgiveness option

Catalyst stipend of $2,500/month while completing training

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $475,000 - $525,000, depending upon the applicant's qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $525,000 - $675,000.
