Job description - As the Restaurant Manager you willensure that guest receives the highest level of food and drink quality andservice. You will supervise the onsite Restaurant, Just Off Main, Bars andBanquet functions with regards to: daily sales, internal controls, staffing,scheduling, POS sales reports, training, inventory etc. Position will supervise the F&B FOHRevenue Centers and reports to the Executive Chef.
Job responsibilities -
Responsible for all F&B FOH Revenue Centers including Banquet Functions but not limited to:
Daily Sales
Daily Cash Receipts, Cash Banks/Drops
Operating Expenses
Staffing and schedules
Responsible for F&B FOH Staff: training, hiring, and scheduling team members
Manage and monitor product quality, service, and satisfaction trends; evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
Conduct routine weekly audits of the cash drops and daily closing process
Ensure customer satisfaction by quickly fixing any issues
Ensure that all staff are complying with serving standards
Maintain and make continuous improvements to cleaning protocols
Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safety hazards
Facilitate quick and efficient communication between front and back-of-house (BOH)
Money handling and night-end reconciliation
Ensure consistency of product and service
Lead person in training, supervising, and developing FOH Team Members; follow our company policies and procedures
Personally, demonstrate a commitment to our customers by inquiring about service quality and responding promptly to guest needs.
Ensure daily checklists are completed.
Fill in for staff when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
Work alongside theExecutive Chef and Head Bartender for propertraining and guidance
Assist in monthly inventory for FOH and Bars.
Qualifications -
• Integrityand Ethical
• Previousexperience in a related field
• Knowledgeof Micros POS system is plus
• Must be dependable and have goodtime management skills
• Abilityto multitask, problem solve, and sound decision making
• Guestoriented with excellent people skills
• Available to work a flexibleschedule to fill in for callouts including weekends and some holidays
• ServSafeManager certification is a Requirement
