Job Summary

The Enrollment Manager is responsible for the oversight and dissemination of enrollment data and processes for ISU to support international units on campus. This position develops and maintains relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to assist students and enhance their enrollment experience at Illinois State University.

The Office of International Engagement (OIE) comprises seven units that operate interdependently to serve varied populations and achieve institutional goals.

Salary Rate / Pay Rate

$47,834 - $55,000 annual

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or equivalent degree in business, communication, education, humanities, public relations, social sciences, or a field related to the position

Two years of professional work experience in admissions, records, registration, and/or closely related experience within an educational setting

Note: A Master's degree in an area consistent with the duties of the position may be substituted for one year of work experience

Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and data systems to generate accurate reports

The following skills and abilities:

a. Demonstrated ability to work with a team

b. Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships

c. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communications and organizational skills

d. Computer and electronic communication literacy, specifically, knowledge and ability to work with Microsoft Excel

e. Ability to exercise discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with SalesForce, Slate, and Terra Dotta

Experience serving as a Designated School Official (DSO)

Experience working in a diverse work environment

Ability to conceptualize, organize, analyze, and interpret data, complex rules, and regulations to resolve difficult situations

Ability to interpret work related documents, policies, and procedures Work Hours

Core Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday through Friday

Functional Expectations

Must be able to complete the following with or without a reasonable accommodation:

Move about in various locations on and off campus as needed to complete day-to-day work

The Civil Service examination for this classification is based on your application materials and responses to the supplemental questions. No participation other than submission of applicant materials is required from applicants that qualify to take the exam. If you meet the minimum required qualifications for this position, you will receive a score calculated based on your education and experience, and your name will be placed on the active employment register by exam score. After the application deadline, the names within the top three scores will be referred to the department for interview. The active register for this classification will be voided when the position is filled.
