Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team at the Olde Towne Village and Huntley Ridge Townhomes in Clarksville, IN. We offer up to $21/hrs plus leasing & renewal commissions and full benefits including 2 weeks paid time off and tuition reimbursement.

Monarch Investment & Management Group has been actively involved in commercial real estate investment since 1992. We currently manage 75,311 apartment units in 22 states, making us the 8th largest multifamily owner in the country per NMHC (2024). In addition, Monarch's ownership also operates Monarch Ski Area near Salida, CO.

Compensation and Benefits Available:

INCREDIBLE pay up to $21/hrs

Eligible for $75 Commissions & up to $100 Renewal Bonuses

Paid additional training/school and tuition reimbursement program Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Assists the Property Manager with all on-site property operations

Ensure tenant renewals are being captured at the highest rate possible (Commissions paid)

Responsible for building and maintaining a resident relations program

Ensures property is leased at or above market occupancy at proper rent levels by showing and leasing apartments when leasing agent is unavailable (Commissions Paid)

Assists Property Manager in ensuring all property marketing is current, accurate and at its greatest effect Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ years' experience in multifamily housing

Must have excellent computer skills and be able to navigate industry

software, YARDI preferred

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check, drug screening (we do not check for THC), and a credit review.
