Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager

Job Description: The Restaurant General Manager will provide proper direction for the restaurant. The person in this position must oversee daily operations and drive satisfactory results through people development, sales, and profit growth. The Restaurant General Manager will hire, train and develop staff members, and ensure all staff members understand and display our values, beliefs, and lifestyle. This person must be a creative team player who enjoys challenging work, loves to have a fun time, and shows a true commitment to their career.

Paid Vacation Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience as General Manager or above

A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Restaurant General Manager must possess

The Restaurant General Manager must be proficient in achieving solid financial for the organization

The Restaurant General Manager must be extremely guest oriented with the highest degree of honesty and integrity

The Restaurant General Manager may be required to work nights/weekends/holidays
