WORK DESCRIPTION:Responsible for the overall function of assigned program, direct supervision of counselor staff, and clinical treatment of assigned patient charts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Maintenance of daily program structure and staffing pattern.
Facilitate weekly staff meeting and develop meeting agenda to be submitted to Coordinator/Assistant Clinical Director for review.
In conjunction with Clinical Director, Assistant Director of Clinical Services or Clinical Coordinator maintain and/or enhance programmatic goals and objectives.
Identify staff training needs and provide training as needed.
Monitor and complete required reporting forms relevant to staff performance, staff attendance and staff evaluations.
Monitor counselor maintenance of patient charts for adherence to Haymarket Center's Quality Assurance standards and clarity of documentation of patient's progress in treatment.
Facilitate didactic and therapeutic groups and document for each patient in attendance.
Oversee case management, referral and referent contact services provided by counselors.
Provide direct clinical treatment to assigned patients in a manner which meets Haymarket Center's Quality Assurance standards and is clear in its documentation of patient's progress in treatment.
Monitor medication self-administration procedures and staff documentation of medications dispensed Requirements
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Master's Degree required.
3 years prior clinical supervisory experience
CADC and or clinical licensure required (LSW/LPC)
Knowledge of and ability to perform all "Core Functions".
Ability to handle multiple assignments at once.
