Overall Responsibilities:
A process engineer designs, optimizes, and operates industrial processes to improve efficiency and quality. They work in many industries, including manufacturing, food production, and petrochemicals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze and evaluate: Assess existing processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and implement: Create new processes and strategies, including safety procedures.
Monitor and adjust: Use data to adjust variables like temperature, machine speed, and material input.
Ensure compliance: Comply with environmental regulations and incorporate green engineering principles.
Troubleshoot: Identify and resolve issues and conflicts
Communicate: Articulate technical information to stakeholders, including non-technical team members Characteristics and skills:
Proven experience in automotive aftermarket, specifically WD aftermarket and E-commerce
Strong oral and written communication skills
Highly motivated with winning and positive attitude
Ability to operate related office equipment, such as computers and copiers.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Educational and other requirements:
bachelor's degree in engineering
Experience with process simulations
Knowledge of process engineering software packages, such as CAD or AutoCAD
Familiarity with health and safety regulations
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Good practical experience with CAD or AutoCAD
Must be an initiative-taker capable of working both independently, as well as part of a team.
