Tasting Room Assistant/Front Desk Agent

Now hiring a tasting room assistant/front desk agent for a prestigious distillery, steeped in rich Kentucky bourbon history and tradition! Qualified candidates must be at least 21 years old and able to walk/stand for long periods of time. The ideal candidates must be able to work weekends. They must have a friendly and outgoing demeanor and a professional image.

What You Can Expect :

Serve as the first point of contact, greeting guests upon arrival and processing tickets.

Handle credit card payments, verify guest identification, and process refunds as needed.

Communicate tour sizes and demographics to the tasting room and tour guides.

Book and adjust tour reservations and resolve guest concerns with the help of Tour Captains and the Guest Services Manager.

Set up and tear down the tasting rooms. What You Bring to the Table :
