Job Title: Senior Project/Program Manager
Type: 12+ month contract
Location: Cincinnati, OH (preference is local but can sit remote EST)
Overview: We are seeking a Senior Project/Program Manager to lead the our client's technical implementation of transaction monitoring applications for a Financial Services-based project. This role requires a Technical Program Manager with experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) as a significant plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Business, and Engineering teams to ensure the technical delivery of the Actimize system.
Encourage synergy and alignment in delivery, provide clarity, and foster collaboration with stakeholders consistently.
Document issues, risks, and decisions, and lead the team to develop mitigations and escalations.
Create and communicate reports to stakeholders to highlight progress and readiness for delivery/rollout; recommend and strategize plan adjustments; and implement plan changes based on stakeholder alignment.
Top 3 Skills:
Leading third-party software implementations (preferably in financial services and ideally with Actimize).
Senior-level communication and program tracking skills (providing stakeholder visibility, managing RAID, etc.).
Creating, maintaining, and aligning cross-team and cross-company project plans.
