Property Manager

RETS Associates on behalf of our client is seeking a Property Manager in Newport Beach, CA. This individual will oversee all property management and reporting for their industrial portfolio while working closely with their supervisor on leasing, operational budgeting, capital projects and strategies for their portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of successfully managing multiple projects while maintaining efficient operations, fostering strong business relationships, and ensuring effective tenant retention.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years property management experience in industrial real estate.

Bachelor's degree

Team oriented and results driven with strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and capacity to follow through.

Salary: $100k DOE
