Description:

Requirements:

• • Budget tracking and expenditure management - Maintaining financial records and tracking program budgets.

• Financial analysis - Assessing the fiscal impact of programmatic decisions and legislative changes.

• Procurement and contract management - Drafting Statements of Work (SOWs), managing vendor deliverables, and ensuring contract compliance.

• Invoice review and payment processing - Approving invoices and monitoring vendor payments through OnBase. Risk and compliance oversight - Conducting risk assessments, monitoring spending patterns, and ensuring adherence to grant requirements.

• Audit participation and documentation retention - Supporting internal and external audits by maintaining financial records.

• Collaboration with the Office of Finance - Engaging in routine meetings to coordinate fiscal activities and resolve financial issues.

Required skills:

PMP Certification

10+ years of project management skills

10+ years of MS Project

10+ years of budgeting and financial process skills
