Crosby Plumbing, Inc. is looking for a skilled Superintendent to manage field operations for our commercial and public works plumbing projects. This role involves supervising crews, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring timely, safe, and code-compliant completion of all on-site activities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Supervise plumbing crews on job sites

Ensure project timelines, safety, and code compliance

Conduct inspections and manage day-to-day operations

Coordinate deliveries and subcontractors

Troubleshoot on-site issues and report to project managers Qualifications:

5+ years of field experience in plumbing

Familiarity with public works or commercial plumbing

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to read and interpret construction plans
