Responsibilities & Duties
Provide program management capability and professional business relations with a diverse customer base and across a multi-disciplined team.
Formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
Assist with recruiting and hiring coordination with multiple customers.
Champion employee retention by fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture and implementing strategies that support career growth, engagement, and long-term satisfaction.
Manage and maintain contractor interface with the senior levels of the customer's organization.
Consult with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverables, ensuring conformance with program and project task schedules and costs and contractual obligations.
Develop and maintain an effective Project Management Plan and Quality Control (QC) program to include a schedule of deliverables and monthly reporting requirements.
Support Business Development opportunities that are related to the individuals assigned contract and personal expertise. Required Educations, Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
A minimum of fifteen (15) years' recent and relevant experience managing the subject task in a contract of similar size and scope, supporting U.S. Government agencies.
B.A. or B.S. degree in Business, Emergency Management, Engineering or other related field.
Microsoft Office product proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (Desired)
Experience supporting program management responsibilities, particularly in the Defense and Intelligence sectors.
Experience with Common Operating Picture (COP) and geospatial software, along with various suites of sensor feeds.
Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required. Location: Hybrid schedule with expectation to report into one of the offices located in the National Capital Region.
Citizenship and Security Clearance Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Ability to pass DHS Background Investigation.
