Property Manager (apartment complex)

Our client manages a 400 unit apartment complex in Simsbury and has an immediate opening for an experienced Property Manager with a strong and successful background managing apartment complexes with at least 200 units.

This is a very large company with many properties, so there is ample room to move up into more senior positions.

Must have experience managing a staff, as there will be a leasing agent, and 5 maintenance technicians that will report to this position.
