Position Summary: The Clearing House (TCH) is a banking association and payments company that is owned by the largest commercial banks in the United States. TCH owns and operates the core payments system infrastructure in the US and is currently working to modernize that infrastructure by launching a new, ubiquitous, real-time payment system. TCH is the only private-sector ACH and wire operator in the US, clearing and settling nearly $2 trillion in US dollar payments each day, representing half of all commercial ACH and wire volume. TCH has provided critical services to the banking industry since 1853, and today, our core products facilitate services including Direct Deposit of payroll, bill payments, and check image exchange.

The Manager, RTP Product Development is a key role within the Technical Product Management team responsible for the oversight of the RTP Agile product development lifecycle. This position involves monitoring development activities, maintaining the product roadmap, and collaborating with various departments to ensure the success of the RTP product line.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

5+ years of experience in project management, product management, risk management, or customer relationships in the financial services industry.

Knowledge of payments, particularly faster payment applications.

Solid project management skills, preferably with experience in Pragmatic Marketing.

Understanding of the payment and banking industry.

Experience with SCRUM and SAFe Agile Frameworks.

Ability to translate technical information into business language. Qualifications Desired:

Preferably holds CSPO/CSM/SAFe POPM Certifications.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively across teams and independently.

Excellent negotiation and time management skills. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Report directly to and support the Vice President of Product Management in coordinating and reporting on Agile development activities.

Contribute to product and risk assessments as necessary.

Assist in defining business requirements for new product enhancements.

Participate in various projects and development efforts.

Develop and update product documentation, policies, and procedures.

Analyze product-related data to drive new functionality ideation.

- Act as the customer and product voice in internal and external project meetings.

Lead product release plans and ensure delivery aligns with strategic goals.

Manage Product Backlog effectively.

Develop User Personas, prioritize stories, features, and epics.

Facilitate Product Increment Planning and related ceremonies. **Non-Essential Functions:**

Operate effectively in a technical and secure business environment.

Prioritize efforts in line with product and company strategic direction.

Stay up to date with Product project portfolios.

Collaborate with various internal teams to support product development.

Emphasize digital experience and client-facing reporting.

Maintain positive relationships with other functional departments.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

The work is primarily sedentary but may involve standing and walking. The environment is favorable, with standard office equipment available. This position entails both internal and external-facing responsibilities, with occasional travel expected.

Employees in this position will report to the office 3 days per week. Onsite work requirements may change at any time.

The anticipated annual salary range for NY-based candidates this position is $120,000-$150,000. Base salary will be determined by the role, experience, skill set and location. For eligible positions, discretionary incentive compensation may be awarded contingent on personal and company performance.
