We are seeking a reliable, creative, and highly organized Staging Assistant to support our growing home staging business. The ideal candidate is passionate about real estate, design, and marketing, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This is a multifaceted role that combines design, logistics, marketing, and client interaction. Responsibilities: • Assist with staging homes, including setup and breakdown • Attend staging consultations with clients and take detailed notes • Pick up and return staging items as needed • Cold call and build relationships with real estate professionals • Attend networking events and represent the company professionally • Create and schedule social media content; engage with followers • Clean, organize, and maintain warehouse and inventory areas • Measure spaces and create layouts for staging • Source and procure staging inventory as needed • Assist with the creation of marketing materials (flyers, brochures, etc.) • Attend and support open houses • Generate and send client invoices • Maintain and update spreadsheets and CRM systems • Schedule staging and pick-up appointments • Answer and respond to client phone calls and emails • Follow up with clients to gather reviews and testimonials • Keep the company website updated with photos, videos, and recent projects • Take professional photos and video content of staged homes • Prepare and send service contracts to clients • Periodically check in on staged properties to refresh and maintain appearance Qualifications: • Interest or background in interior design, marketing, or real estate is a plus • Strong organizational and communication skills • Proficiency in social media platforms and basic design tools (e.g., Canva) • Able to lift and move furniture and decor items • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools • Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 hourly
