Responsibilities
Respond to client questions via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and accuracy
Assist with policy servicing, including changes, renewals, certificates, and billing inquiries
Liaise with insurance carriers to resolve issues and obtain policy information
Maintain accurate client records and documentation in our agency management system
Support producers and account managers with administrative tasks and customer follow-up
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service or insurance experience strongly preferred, but not required
Ability to work on a team and willingness to go above and beyond
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Bilingual fluency in Spanish is highly valued
Proficiency with computers and common office software
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
