Responsibilities:
Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
Scheduling service appointments and dispatching technicians.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and service details.

Supporting the team with administrative tasks as needed.Qualifications
High school diploma/GED
Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred
Familiarity with scheduling software or CRM systems is a plus.
Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
