Zona Facta Collective is currently seeking dedicated and professional Access Control Officers to support the safety and security of our clients, their employees, and the general public. This position plays a vital role in maintaining a secure environment through access management, site monitoring, emergency response, and positive public engagement.

This role demands exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage high-pressure situations with professionalism and discretion.Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular patrols and building checks to detect and address security concerns or breaches

Lock and unlock facilities according to established protocols

Monitor site areas through surveillance systems and visual inspections

Control and manage access to site areas, verifying identification and enforcing entry policies

Respond to emergencies promptly and appropriately, escalating as needed

Provide first aid and act as a first responder during medical incidents (if certified)

Deter and address violations including loitering, disorderly conduct, unauthorized vending, vandalism, and other prohibited activities

Prepare clear, detailed incident and shift reports

Maintain high visibility and approachability to instill a sense of safety and trust within the communityAdditional Responsibilities

Prioritize customer and community relations while maintaining the integrity of the site

Request assistance from law enforcement when necessary before intervening in active or suspected violations

Cooperate with law enforcement and client personnel upon proper identification

Ensure no personal guests (family, friends, etc.) are present during working hours

Avoid distractions including mobile devices or unrelated materials while on duty

Collect and secure found items and deliver them to the designated location at the end of each shiftQualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent observational skills and high attention to detail

Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure

First Aid/CPR certification (preferred)

Familiarity with access control systems is a plus

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
