Hands of Heartland is looking for compassionate and caring individuals to work with the people we support as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)/ Caregiver. Our residential locations in Bellevue are looking for overnight hours.
What You’ll Do as a Caregiver: Work directly with people with developmental disabilities assisting them with day to day living activities. You will support individuals with activities and developing skills in a home environment and in community settings.
Hours: Overnights from 12am-8am.
Skillset Needed for the Job: Ability to work independently in a fast paced, team-oriented environment. Flexible and willing to adapt to change. Know the value of communication. Desire to support people and encourage them to reach goals.

Requirements: Must be 18 years old. Must have a valid driver’s license. Must be able to pass all background checks. Experience not required- we will train you!
Pay: Start pay is $16/hr. We pay more for experience and if you have a CNA license. Incentives also available.
Part-time
