Site Sanitation Manager

Job Description

Salary: Salary Up to 80K

Key Responsibilities:

- **Implement and oversee the 7 Steps of Sanitation** to ensure efficient and effective cleaning processes.

- **Problem-solving: ** Quickly identify sanitation issues and develop corrective actions to maintain a safe, hygienic environment.

- **Lead and direct employees and supervisors** in daily sanitation operations, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.

- **Conduct safety audits** regularly to verify compliance with GMPs, OSHA standards, and food safety regulations.

- **Maintain cleanliness** of all production and processing areas, ensuring sanitation protocols are followed consistently.

- **Utilize Microsoft Office Suite** (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting, documentation, and communication.

- **Develop and implement sanitation schedules and procedures** tailored to the specific needs of food production facilities.

- **Train staff** on sanitation procedures, safety protocols, and best practices to ensure continuous compliance and improvement.

- **Monitor sanitation supplies and equipment**, ensuring proper maintenance and inventory control.

- **Collaborate with quality assurance and production teams** to address sanitation challenges proactively.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in sanitation management within the food industry.

- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

- Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and sanitation procedures.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Ability to train, motivate, and direct teams effectively.

- Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
