Job Summary
The Human Resource Generalist role at Ingleside Communities is a full-time, on-site position. The person we are seeking to fill the HR Generalist role at Ingleside Communities should be highly organized and detail-oriented to perform the HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, background and reference checks.
Payroll and compensation reporting
Coordinate and perform the new hire onboarding process
Schedule, manage and oversee new hire orientation
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
Training and development including, but not limited to, tracking and monitoring the electronic learning management system to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Manage employee benefits administration such as enrollment processing and resolving benefits-related inquires.
Manage the HRIS system and ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting
Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and external partners

Qualifications:
Minimum of Associate's Degree with 2 years experience in human resource management or related field, preferably in long-term care
Experience in processing payroll and payroll reporting
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professional with employees at all levels
Strong organizational skills and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS system
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Must maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Must be reliable and dependable
