Marketing Associate
We’re looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Associate to support a wide range of marketing activities—from campaign execution to social media engagement and assisting in event planning. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who wants to build a career in marketing and learn from experienced professionals.
You’ll work closely with the Director of Marketing and senior leaders, gaining exposure to brand strategy, digital marketing tools, and real-world campaign execution. This role offers space to grow, contribute ideas, and build a solid foundation in marketing.
What You'll Do
Core Responsibilities:
Maintain and update inventory listings across advertising platforms to ensure accuracy and brand consistency
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
Support day-to-day marketing tasks and project coordination
Experience with SalesForce email platform, CRM system, and analytics tools (SalesForce Administrator Certification is a plus)
Manages information and collateral requests from vendors, brokers, partners, internal customers, and clients
Create and schedule content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
Coordinate with vendors and partners for marketing materials and collateral
Assist with planning and logistics for trade shows, VIP visits, and events
Organize and maintain digital assets and documentation
Use tools such as ZoomInfo to research and pull lead lists based on target customer profiles
Track and report on marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior
Learning Opportunities:
Gain hands-on experience with email platforms (e.g., Salesforce), CRM systems, and analytics tools
Participating in brainstorming sessions and content development
Contribute feedback on creative direction and user experience
Learn how to build brand equity and increase audience engagement
What We’re Looking For
Education & Background:
Currently enrolled in or graduated from a marketing, communications, business, or related program
OR relevant experience through internships, freelance work, or personal marketing projects
Skills & Qualities:
Eager to learn, contribute ideas, and grow your marketing skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Familiar with social media platforms and basic scheduling tools
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
Some familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, or Google Analytics is a plus—not required
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Self-motivated, collaborative, and ready to thrive in a team setting

Annual Salary Range
$55,000 - $57,000
