RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides daily resident and patient activities in accordance with the calendar and as instructed by the Life Enrichment Director.

Ensures that the Plan of Care is maintained for the resident or patient.

Provides for assigned resident and patient Activities of Daily Living (ADL) including scheduled activities, personal hygiene, comfort and safety, ambulation, lifting, skin care, nutrition, and hydration.

Answers resident calls promptly.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

Valid and active C.N.A. Certification preferred

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
