Responsibilities

Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs.

Document service requests accurately and transmit information to the service department.

Provide estimates for various services including oil changes, tire service, and engine repair.

Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle's condition and necessary repairs.

Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of payments.

Collaborate with mechanics to ensure all services are performed according to specifications.

Manage customer inquiries and follow up on service status.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.

Stay updated on automotive trends and technologies related to auto service management.

Qualifications

Previous experience in an automotive service environment is preferred.
