Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced ERP Business Process Analyst to support the reimplementation of our IFS ERP system. The primary role of this individual will be to map and design business processes, many of which are currently not digitized. This role will also involve providing user support and being an integral part of the training team. Experience with implementing Copilot and SharePoint is essential.
Primary Duties:
Business Process Mapping and Design: Analyze, map, and design business processes to ensure they are effectively digitized and optimized for the IFS ERP system.
ERP Reimplementation: Contribute to the reimplementation of the IFS ERP system, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements.
User Support: Provide ongoing support to users, addressing any issues or concerns related to the ERP system.
Training: Develop and deliver training programs for users to ensure they are proficient in using the new ERP system.
Copilot and SharePoint Implementation: Utilize experience with Copilot and SharePoint to enhance the ERP system's functionality and user experience.
Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including IT, operations, and management, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the ERP system.
Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, system configurations, and training materials.
Non-Essential Duties:
Participate in root cause analysis to recommend product enhancements or other appropriate actions to improve productivity for both the business units and IT
Act as a project manager on some projects
Perform miscellaneous duties as requested by supervisor
Experience:
Proven experience in business process mapping and design, particularly in environments where processes are not yet digitized.
Extensive experience with IFS ERP systems.
Proficiency in implementing and utilizing Copilot and SharePoint.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
