Banyan Living is a reputable company focused on providing high-quality apartment living experiences. We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to join our team and help maintain our luxury properties.

Reports to: Property Manager

Compensation: $23 - $25 per hour based on experience

Requirements

Regular attendance is crucial, as you represent Banyan Living and our property owners.

A reliable form of transportation is required.

Must arrive on time and be prepared to lead the team daily.

A positive and enthusiastic attitude is essential.

Flexibility in working hours is important during high-demand maintenance periods.

3+ years of supervisory experience in maintenance is preferred.

All candidates are subject to a background check, with employment contingent on findings.

Compliance with the Employee Handbook and Policies & Procedures is a must.
