Hands-On General Manager - Fast Casual - Miami

High-volume, fast-casual restaurant is looking for a hands-on General Manager to take the lead.

This is a day-to-day operational leadership role where you’ll manage multiple food brands, small, fast-moving teams, and collaborate with delivery partners to drive late-night and all-day success.

Hands-on operators with leadership experience, used to working with small teams and high volumes.

Experience working in Miami’s dining and late-night environment is a big plus.

Comfort with multi-brand management — managing different menus and operational styles in a dynamic environment.

Someone who leads by doing, not just directing.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of a high-volume, multi-brand fast-casual restaurant.

Lead a lean, agile team — hire, train, motivate, and support staff to maintain high performance.

Ensure operational excellence during peak service times, especially evenings and late nights.

Collaborate with delivery platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.) to optimize flow and order volume.

Maintain high food quality, speed, and guest experience across multiple menus and service styles.

Monitor key performance metrics and take proactive steps to meet revenue and service goals.

Build a culture of accountability, hustle, and pride among your crew.
