Position Summary
Perfect Game USA is seeking a dynamic, creative, and versatile Business Operations & Media Intern to join our team in Voorhees, NJ. This internship is ideal for individuals passionate about sports, media, and brand storytelling, who also thrive in fast-paced, multi-functional environments.
You’ll be at the intersection of event marketing, social media, and business operations — helping to grow our brand presence while supporting key operational and promotional initiatives. The role includes digital communications, graphic design support, email marketing, data cleanup, and basic competitor analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Design and edit high-quality visual content using PG-approved templates and editing tools for use across digital platforms.
Schedule and publish engaging posts across social media channels before, during, and after events.
Create and distribute branded email campaigns (e.g., event announcements, recaps, player features).
Design and share event graphics including:
Player rankings and standout performances
Team statistics and event leaders
Event champions and MVPs
Pitching/batting stats, top velocities, etc.
Conduct light competitor research and basic analysis to understand trends in the youth sports/event space.
Assist in organizing and cleaning internal event data.
Support the Business Operations and Media teams with other marketing, logistics, and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in college or recent graduate (preferred majors: Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, Business, or related fields).
Passion for sports—especially baseball—and digital storytelling.
Strong interest or experience in marketing, media, or event operations.
Familiarity with major social platforms and engagement strategies.
Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
Must be available to commute to Voorhees, NJ, 3–4 days/week.
