Job Description:Were seeking a full-time Emergency Room Nurse Manager to join our team at Jefferson Hospital.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the emergency department, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, healthcare regulations, and industry standards.

Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient care and department performance.

Manage staffing and scheduling.

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.

Position Requirements:

Graduate from a state approved school of nursing

BSN or MSN preferred

Licensed RN in the state of Georgia

BLS, ACLS and PALS

Skills:

Strong leadership, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
