Job Responsibilities:
Supervises assigned adult learners throughout the day
Implements instructional programs
Provides job coaching at Supported Employment/Volunteer sites
Conducts discrete trials
Provides incidental teaching learning opportunities
Collects, summarizes, and reports data
Contributes to the overall development of instructional and treatment programs
Qualifications and Skills:
High School Diploma
Experience working with adult learners with disabilities (preferred)
Experience working with learners with autism (preferred)
Possess and maintain valid non-probationary NJ Driver's License in good standing, as well as access to reliable transportation
Clearances: DDD Criminal Background Fingerprint Check, Mantoux TB Test, CARI Check, Citizenship Status (I-9), Drug Screening, Motor Vehicle Check
Benefits: The Adult Program Instructor will be eligible for a variety of generous fringe benefits after a 60-day waiting period, including tuition reimbursement, student loan forgiveness, medical (choice of 3 plans), dental and vision insurance, short term and long-term disability insurance, life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment insurance, and a 401K retirement plan. The employee contributes a small percentage towards the medical and dental premium.

Job Type: Full Time: Monday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm; Tuesday – Thursday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm; Friday, 8:00 am – 3:30 pm
