Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data by efficiently entering and updating information in our databases. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

Enter and update data accurately into the database and maintain data integrity.

Perform regular data audits to identify and correct inaccuracies or discrepancies.

Assist with data cleansing and removal of duplicate entries from the database.

Generate and prepare reports, summaries, and documents based on data analysis.

Manage and organize physical and digital files related to data entry tasks.

Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and implement best practices.

Skills Required:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a related field is a plus.

Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with database management systems.

Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry tasks.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
