Qualifications:
Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Experience working with children in educational settings, particularly with K-12 students
Strong knowledge of behavior modification techniques and individualized education plans (IEPs)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with educators, staff, and families

Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and monitor their effectiveness
Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to integrate behavioral supports in the classroom
Provide training and support to school staff on behavior management strategies
Maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment outcomes
Participate in IEP meetings and engage with families to discuss student development
