RPh on the Go is seeking a qualified Infusion Pharmacist for a 10-week contract in Chantilly, Virginia. Join a respected home infusion pharmacy team and make a significant impact on patient care.Key Responsibilities:

Verify and dispense both compounded and non-compounded infusion medications.

Oversee sterile compounding processes in line with USP <797> guidelines.

Review physician orders and ensure therapy accuracy and appropriateness.

Collaborate with nursing teams, patients, and support staff to ensure continuity of care.

Maintain proper documentation per state and federal regulations.Requirements:

Active Virginia Pharmacist license in good standing.

At least 1 year of recent experience in a home infusion or sterile compounding setting.

Strong understanding of USP <797> and <800> compliance.

High attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Ability to start immediately and commit to the full 10-week assignment.Preferred:
