Job Title: Repack Order Selector 2nd Shift

Job Description

The Repack Order Selector on the 2nd Shift is primarily responsible for supporting the Distribution Center by efficiently picking merchandise located in all order filling zones and labeling each carton for ease of identification and scanning. The role demands accuracy in picking and labeling merchandise from primary pick locations, identifying units of measure, accounting for damaged merchandise, and preparing orders for transport to customers while meeting quality and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

Accurately pick and label merchandise from primary pick locations.

Identify units of measure and correct merchandise, accounting for damaged items.

Prepare orders for transport to customers.

Meet quality and productivity standards.

Take direction from the Supervisor.

Maintain excellent attendance and reliability.

Adhere to Distribution Center housekeeping guidelines.Essential Skills

Forklift operation

Order picking and selecting

Inventory management

Pallet jack operation

RF scanner usage

Material handlingAdditional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to lift 60-80lbs

High School diploma preferred

Commitment to high safety standards

Excellent attendance record

Willingness to work overtime when needed

Strong comprehension, organizational, and math skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to interact effectively with other departments and management levels

Accurate record-keeping and problem-solving abilities

Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines

Team player with a can-do attitude

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rome, New York.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
