WHAT DOES A PROJECT MANAGER ASSISTANT WITH PAUL DAVIS DO?

Assist the Senior Project Manager with all aspects of the construction lifecycle

Initiate and maintain communications with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors

Maintain construction schedules and ensure timely project completion

Review subcontractor and vendor invoices

Order job materials and manage inventory

Assist with the development and management of project punch lists

Ensure all contracts and documents are collected and properly filed

Celebrate project completion with your team and homeowners, knowing you've helped restore their property and their lives

The Project Manager Assistant plays a key role in the management and coordination of construction projects, assisting from the time a successful bid contract is awarded through to the completion and final payment stages. This role ensures that projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget, with high-quality results.

REPORTS TO: Senior Project Manager

QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIREMENTS):

Hungry and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility

Willingness to work hard and adapt to irregular hours when needed

Thrives in high-performance environments

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, time management, and project management capabilities

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

Ability to lead and develop teams effectively

Proficiency with mobile and computing technology, with the ability to learn new software

Clean driving record and reliable car (company provides a generous car allowance)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Eligible for full benefits after 90 days of employment, including health and disability insurance, earned vacation and sick days, 401(k) with company matching, and performance-based annual bonuses
