Corporate Real Estate Attorney to assist with all aspects of real estate transactions including without limitation drafting purchase agreements, leases, deeds, amendments and other agreements; assisting with zoning and land use planning efforts; and performing title and survey review and general research.
Qualifications include:
Five plus years of transactional real estate experience, preferably in a law firm setting.
Strong research and writing skills
Must be admitted to the practice of law in the state of Ohio
