Qualifications
AIA from an accredited Architecture program
5-10 years of professional experience
Currently licensed or seeking licensure preferred
Excellent communication and client interaction skills
Technically competent
Self-motivated
Revit required
Responsibilities
Design for government buildings - transit centers, schools, fire stations, post offices, etc.
Establish and manage overall project schedule and budget
Conduct programming and planning studies
Coordinate client contact and maintain working relationships
Assist in business development
Prepare proposals, contracts, correspondence and project documentation
