Architect
Location: Georgetown, KY / Plano, TX
Overtime: ~10% (Including weekends/holidays as needed)
Travel: 25% (U.S., Canada, Mexico, Japan & more)
Pay: 40-65 USD/ Hour

Develop and manage projects for new construction and renovations across North America
Direct and collaborate with top-tier design firms to ensure compliance with codes and internal standards
Work closely with internal stakeholders to establish project scope, cost estimates, and schedules
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project planning and execution
Engage in domestic and international travel (Japan, Mexico, Canada, and more) to support key projects
Be adaptable – occasional overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required to meet project demandsWhat You Bring to the Team
Minimum 10 years’ experience in an architectural role, with strong interior project experience
Professional Degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Architecture
Licensed Architect (NCARB certification preferred) – Only licensed candidates will be considered
Proven expertise in architectural design, planning, and construction delivery methods
Strong portfolio showcasing your design range, planning skills, and technical contributions
Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
Experience with industry tools: MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel), MS Project, AutoDesk, Adobe products
Ability to travel up to 15% internationally for site visits, collaboration, and project oversightWhy Join Us
